Registration Night

April 24, 2025 at the new  LOP Lakeside Pavilion

5:30-7pm

Who Can Participate? 

Any swimmer age 5-18 whose families are residents of Lake of the Pines (LOP) Community and a limited number of families who live outside of LOP (this is mandated for each club in the lake).  NOTE:  A resident swimmer is a child who has a parent, guardian, or grandparent currently residing in LOP.  Swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted (25 yards).

What Does It Cost? 

Fees will include one Piranhas team swim cap per swimmer.

LOP Residents: $160, additional swimmers $140, 3rd swimmer + $100

Non-LOP Residents: $205, additional swimmers $185, 3rd swimmer + $100

Volunteer Process and Deposit: 

There is a $250 “per family” deposit which is held on file until the end of season.  If all volunteer requirements (four dual meet shifts plus one shift at Champs) are met, check will be destroyed or returned to you upon request. Failure to show up for any shift, will result in $50 deductions from your volunteer deposit per no show incident.

In person volunteer signups will be held at registration night.  After your registration check and volunteer deposit are received, you can sign up for your shift in person, priority volunteer shifts will be given to parents that attend in person and sign up on registration night.

Once payments are received, parents will need to go online and register for volunteer shifts. You will be sent an email with details for signing up for your volunteer hours. As a reminder, volunteer positions are first come, first served, so attendance of the registration event will allow for priority selection. Registration closes on June 1st!

Volunteer Deposit Check- In order to complete registration, a $250 volunteer deposit will be collected.  Checks should be written to "LOP Piranhas" and dropped off at the registration event. If parents register after this event, checks can be mailed to following address within 5 days of completing your online registration.
